Start with the manufacturer recommendation, then adjust based on use frequency, environment, and what your SPC data shows. We can help you set risk-based intervals and adjust as you gather data.
Will the certificate match the format my auditor expects?
Our standard certificate carries the equipment under test, reference instruments used, as-found and as-left readings, environmental conditions, traceability statement and ISO 9001 reference — the format ISO 9001 auditors are familiar with.
Can you do batch calibrations so we are not pulling gauges off the line repeatedly?
Yes. We coordinate batch rounds for production gauges with bulk pricing, and confirm the turnaround up front so you can schedule a single swap window.
Do you handle calibration of laboratory scales and balances?
Not at present — mass calibration needs a certified set of mass standards, which our lab does not yet hold. We cover the dimensional gauges and the temperature instruments in your QC lab.
Can you bundle test & tag with our calibration round?
Yes. Your test & tag round runs on your plant floor, and we collect the instruments due for calibration on the same trip — one supplier, one register, one invoice.
